Pamu Farms of New Zealand chose the Māori word Pāmu not just for its literal meaning ‘to farm’ but also to reflect the Māori concept of guardianship of the environment (kaitiakitanga). At Pāmu Farms of New Zealand we understand our unique privileged position as guardians of our people and our land.
A number of accidents and near-miss incidents taught us early on that we couldn’t leave safety to chance. So together with Australasia's renowned leadership & culture change organisation - Wilson Consulting Group; we developed a suite of programmes to help keep our people safe – Pāmu Academy.
Pāmu Academy is a joint venture between Pāmu Farms of New Zealand and Wilson Consulting Group who are passionate about helping you transform the health, safety and wellbeing culture of your business.
