About Rebecca Keoghan MNZM
Rebecca has a passion for safety leadership has been demonstrated across multiple industries, more recently in agriculture. Workplace tragedies spiraled Rebecca towards lifting workplace culture and proving that Safety Leadership can equal performance excellence in any industry. Rebecca is a Director for Westland Milk Products & Chair of the Board H&S Committee. Prior to joining Pāmu, Rebecca worked in medical science with six years leading medical laboratories in NZ, Australia & the UK. A move to the West Coast kick started her passion for dairy as Rebecca & her husband Nathan purchased the family farm to be proud fifth generation dairy farmers. Rebecca also worked for eight years as Operations Manager for Holcim. She was awarded Dairy Woman of the Year 2016, and NZ Order of Merit (MNZM) for services to business particularly agriculture.
