About Leza Papps
Leza has worked in roles for the Australian and NZ Government’s, car industry and electricity companies. During that time Leza has worked in designing, developing and implementing capability development and change programmes. Leza’s role at Pāmu focuses collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deliver organisational initiatives that contribute and support the strategic and operational goals of the organisation. Leza works to shape and build a wide range of organisational development initiatives, in particular management and leadership development, workforce planning, career and succession planning, employee recognition, organisational change, organisational culture and diversity.
