The Pāmu Academy’s Operational Safety Leadership programme is an interactive two day course focused on leaders of organisations, teams, divisions or regions who are looking to develop a proactive health and safety culture.

What's in the course?

Leaders will focus on developing the skills and capabilities required to lead a team and develop a clear plan to effect change, develop effective controls for key risks and build sustainable behaviours that reflect a proactive health and safety culture.

The course is highly interactive and employs the latest adult based learning principles to develop leaning outcomes.

  • Address the challenges of leading a team in a high risk environment, participants will have shared stories, learnings and gain experience using best practise tools and techniques to change behaviours at an operational level.
